保証および返品

アルフレッドカメラの製品やサービスにご関心をお寄せいただきありがとうございます.

他のショッピング体験と同様に、アルフレッドカメラの物理的な商品には14日間の返金保証と限定保証請求が適用されます。 アルフレッドカメラから購入された物品のみです

いかなる理由でも14日間の返金保証

破損していない製品は、配達後14日以内に何らかの理由で全額返金のために返品することができます。 返品された商品がアルフレッドの倉庫に戻り検査を受けると、返金処理が開始されます。 購入者が使用するお支払い方法に返金いたします。

Please know that:
  1. The return must include all accessories and original packaging
  2. The returned item has no damage caused by physical abuse, accident, natural disaster, or use which is different from Alfred's advice and instructions
  3. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  4. For non-quality related warranty claims, Alfred refunds the cost of the product itself
  5. Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements

Limited Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your AlfredCamera products for one year from the date you receive the product. Alfred will either replace any defective product or component or accept the return of the product, and issue a refund to the original purchaser. The refund can only be sent back to the original payment method used to make the initial purchase. The following are NOT covered by the Limited Warranty:
  1. Claims submitted beyond the original one-year limited warranty period
  2. After the initial 14 days after purchase, any issue that is NOT quality-related
  3. Problems that result from external causes such as accidents or misuse (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  4. Problems that result from usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
  5. Products submitted without valid proof of purchase (e.g. Order number, Sales invoice, or Dated sales receipt)
  6. Products that are lost or stolen

Return Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please reach out to us via the in-app “Report an Issue” channel if you have any further questions or concerns.

Received Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact Alfred Support within 48 hours of receipt. You must include photos of the issue and the tracking number on your package.
