Why when I go to alfred I have a black screen

Please give Alfred a little more time and see what happens. If that doesn’t work, try to initiate a live-viewing session again.

If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of what you see on the Viewer phone and send it to us so that we can look into it for you!

One tips:
When I have black screen and I have connection (happen sometimes), I just activate and desactivate the torch light and then, the live start !
I don’t know why but it’s like that.

Bei mir geht bei Dunkelheit Nachsicht nur ganz kurz auch bei live anschauen
Was muss ich tun das ich mein Hund auch Nachts beobachten kann??
