If you see the Alfred logo instead of Event thumbnails, there are two things we need you to check:
1. Make sure your Viewer is properly connected to the Internet.
If the signal is weak where you are, Alfred will experience problems downloading the thumbnails. It is similar to trying to watch YouTube when your connection is poor. The video will keep buffering.
2. Make sure there is enough internal storage space on the Camera device.
If your Camera device is running out of internal storage space, you might also see this.
