Connection problem goes both ways. If you’ve made sure your Camera Unit gets a great WiFi signal, it’s time to check the connection on your Viewer Phone.
Please try to connect your Viewer Phone to different Internet connections. If office WiFi and public WiFi work, the problem may lie with your mobile Internet provider. Some providers lower the speed during peak time, so trying to figure out if you cannot connect during a specific period of time every day might help. If your mobile Internet works but you can’t get Alfred to function in the office, it could be a firewall in your office WiFi or an antivirus system. If Alfred works on your mobile network but not your specific WiFi, chances are Alfred is blocked by the office firewall/antivirus software. If this is the case, the only possible solution is asking if the IT department can unblock Alfred.
While what we can do in terms of connection problem might be limited, you can always show us a screenshot of the connection statistics (frame rate, bytes per second…). We would always like to take a look and see if we can offer more advice!
