What Your Sign Says about Your Spending Habit

We have been interviewing Superheroes to find out how we can make Alfred better, and one of the questions we always ask is how they acquired their smartphones. After some research, here is what we can tell you about each sign and their spending habits.

Aries: We all have that one friend who is the first in line for the latest iPhone/limited edition sneakers/new gadgets, and that is your typical Aries. They want all the new stuff right now, so they act fast. Being put on the waiting list is not an option. However, at the same time, their competitiveness and passion for bargain-hunting will have them elbow everybody around during a major sale.

Taurus: It is a common misconception that Taurus is stingy. The truth is that they don’t spend money for the sake of spending money. If they want to part with their hard-earned cash, they want to choose their targets carefully. They love spending hours on end doing research on something they want, and they love being in the store where they can try something on as well as learning everything they can about the product. However, they might end up making the purchase online after comparing prices.

Gemini: Geminis are known for being fickle. If you present them with a selection of goods, they could change their minds 5 times in 3 minutes. You literally never know which option they will end up walking out the store with. They are also the type that gets a kick out of sniping an eBay auction at the last second.

Cancer: They love shopping for their homes, friends, and family. They spend on the ones they care about the most, and these home buddies enjoy their earthly comfort. When it comes to shopping for technology, they want to make sure the gadgets have a list of specific features that they want.

Leo: Extravagant is the best adjective for Leos’ tastes. They buy the best of everything they can afford, and they have a soft spot for luxury items. They are proud of their purchases. If you notice their new phones, they will for sure show you all the cool features and enjoy all the extra attention.

Virgo: Virgos are very, very, very specific about what they want, and they pay a lot of attention to the quality and safety of what they buy. You can rely on them for all kinds of consumer info. If there is any bad press about the phone you have, they will be the first to tell you about it.

Libra: Libra is all about aesthetics. The appearance matters just as much if not more when they are trying to make a purchase decision. In other words, a new smartphone’s superior features might not be all that tempting if it isn’t sleek-looking.

Scorpio: Nobody can change the Scorpio’s mind when it is set on something. They enjoy a sense of mystery even when it comes to what they bought. They don’t tend to volunteer information about where they got that really nice dress or how they scored a new tablet at a good price. That’s just how they work!

Sagittarius: Sagittarius is not only attracted by the appeal of new stuff, they are constantly looking for the next best thing. They might very well be your best source of information if you ever wonder what the next iPhone is going to be like. They could also be reckless, so double-checking the return policy before making a purchase is not part of their program.

Capricorn: Capricorn is very down-to-earth and sensible, but by nature they like good quality and they will invest. They could invest in a house or work attire so that they look especially professional. They are also known for always having something put aside for a rainy day.

Aquarius: Everyone has a weakness, but Aquarius has a whole list of weaknesses. They like to have a lot of everything. Christmas decoration collection? Check. Books? Check. Phones? They have probably owned a couple of models from each manufacturer. They can be quite attached to things, but their focus usually switches rather fast.

Pisces: Money isn’t the most important thing in their life, but they’d want enough to achieve their ideals and goals. Pisces likes to stick to what they need and they don’t tend to care a lot about what they don’t think they need. You could see some of them carrying expensive phones for work, but others would go for wallet-friendly models.

Does this describe your spending habit of that of anyone you know? What was your decision-making process like when you got your phone? Share this with your friends!
