Here is how to save data and energy with Alfred’s Remote Switch:
Alfred lets you know as soon as your Camera Unit is not being properly charged. The moment the Camera Unit is disconnected from the power source, you will get the first push notification telling you it has stopped charging. Depending on how good your battery is, Alfred might be able to last another while:
When the battery level drops below a certain percentage, you will receive another notification:
Alfred also reminds you when there is a problem with your charger/cable. If your Camera Unit is plugged in without being charged fast enough, this is what you’ll see:
If you want to reduce the number of battery push notifications you receive, please keep Alfred connected to a power source when it is possible. Moreover, use the original charger/cable to make sure they can keep Alfred charged efficiently!
If you really don’t want to receive any battery notifications however, here is how you can turn them off.
Tap on the wheel on the upper left corner of each thumbnail and then toggle “Battery Notification” to the left and you are done!
