I PAID FOR UPGRADE INTENDING FOR MONTHLY PAYMENT. INSTEAD, I WAS CHARGED FOR A YEAR. I DO NOT INTEND TO USE THE SETUP FOR A YEAR. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS AND CONVERTED TO MONTHLY? THERE IS NO OPTION ON SETTINGS TO CANCEL.
