    I PAID FOR UPGRADE INTENDING FOR MONTHLY PAYMENT. INSTEAD, I WAS CHARGED FOR A YEAR. I DO NOT INTEND TO USE THE SETUP FOR A YEAR. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS AND CONVERTED TO MONTHLY? THERE IS NO OPTION ON SETTINGS TO CANCEL.
    I AM USING AN IPHONE 6 AS CAMERA AND A XS MAX AS VIEWER.

The yearly Premium plan is a one-time payment that costs you about $2.5(USD) a month on average. When you paid for the service, you should find the total amount of the payment on the pop-up message.
