Subscription Cancellation

I have used your service for a few days and it’s fantastic. Although my problem is that I paid for the yearly subscription, I thought I would need it for longer but as it turns out I do not require it anymore. Although I may come back to this service later right now I do not need it. It would be fantastic if I could get a refund for my Paypal as I didn’t even use it for one month.

We are sorry to hear you are thinking about canceling Alfred Premium. However, as stated in our Terms of Service that you agreed to prior to logging in to Alfred, we do not process refunds unless the circumstances are exceptional. In the meantime, make sure you cancel the subscription so you won’t be charged again:
