Stolen camera devices

  3. Which device has the problem (Viewer or Camera name): Door 2 Camera, Door 6 Camera

  4. Description (Any screenshot or video would be very helpful): Someone familiar with our facility got in and stole what they were interested, along with the devices that might have recorded them. Via the webapp, I can no longer see the cameras most likely to provide me with incriminating shots. One of the stolen cams is still listed in the camera list, but the other two (named above) are not. Can you recover anything from the missing cameras?

The only possible way to MAYBE get back your pictures and cameras that are missing pictures, is to load your account on a BRAND NEW device. All your old cameras and pictures should repopulate. As long as you do this before the 7 days are up and your photos are deleted by Alfred.
