There are two possible reasons for you to see “Still closing previous connection. Please wait for 20 seconds and try again. (1016)” when you start a new live-viewing session.
You tried to start a new live-viewing session too soon after the previous one ended. Waiting 20 seconds and trying again will solve the problem.
Another Viewer may be connected to your Camera, for example another Viewer device you own, someone in your Trust Circle, or Alfred’s WebViewer. Please make sure the current live-viewing session is terminated before trying again.
For the moment, Alfred doesn’t support multiple Viewers connecting to the same Camera Unit at the same time, but it is a feature we aim at offering in the future. Please continue to support Alfred and stay tuned!
