upgrade

Hello, I try to upgrade my account on the web version. However I was unable to do that, as after confirming on paypal, it appeared as processing. It has been about over 2 hours now, what should I do?

I hope your issue works out this is a wonderful software application :slight_smile: I am trying to upgrade also but, when I tap to try it for a month it doesn’t do anything :frowning:
I’m thinking I might need to uninstall and reinstall the app again. Who knows :slight_smile: good luck :slight_smile:
