I think I know what the problem is now. You have two Viewer devices, but for the moment only one Viewer can be connected to the Camera at the same time.
Please terminate the live-viewing session on one device before starting a new one on another. If that doesn’t seem to be the problem, please show me a screenshot of what you see so I can look into it for you!
If you have access to your Camera Phone, on the bottom of the screen it says (username) is online. If you don’t see a different username there (doesn’t seem that way on the connection logs), your Camera hasn’t been accessed by anyone else.
