Hi. I don’t know if anyone else has been getting the same issues as me, I have tried the search and report with no response or resolve.
So my issue is that when my camera dectects motion it is taking screen captures instead of video? I can’t seem to see any option to change this setting and don’t know why it changed in the first place. I also receive an error code every time I log in or out on my viewer and have to keep re signing in. It is becoming very annoying especially since I started paying for the upgrade subscription this month and the app isn’t doing what it’s supposed to be doing. I need it to be able to record motion as I use it to keep an eye on a frail relative when I’m not at home. If anyone is had this same issue or has a solution please let me know as I have been using this app for almost 2 years and I will be disappointed if I need to get a different app.
I use huawei device’s that are android 9.
I have the same issue when they are both connected to same WiFi.
