I can't find my phone

Welcome to Alfred Center!

First, please make sure you have signed in to your Viewer with the same Gmail account as your Cameras.

If the issue persists, please reinstall Alfred on your device to see if the problem could be solved. You can also send us a screenshot of what you see on the Viewer so that we can look into it for you.

The phone is dead I was wondering if there were a way to track it from the phone I’m using?

Hey Michelle,

Alfred cannot geo-locate or track the device. However, Google actually has this feature. You can read more about it here:

  • Login to your Gmail account
  • Google “Find my phone”
  • Googles first link will be of a map and your devices attached to that Gmail acccount
  • Select device you want to locate from the drop down box, bottom left of map.
