[Home Security Tips] What if burglars took my Camera?

#1

If your Camera devices are taken, stolen, or damaged, here are the three steps you can take.

1. Back up video evidence

Your Motion Detection videos are saved on the cloud, and are kept there for 7 days (30 if you have Alfred Premium). Please follow the following tutorial to save/download any footage Alfred might have captured of the theft:

2. Change your Gmail password

Go to Gmail Support and change your password to make sure your account stays safe.

3. Remotely lock or erase a lost device

Use Android Device Manager or iCloud to remotely ring, lock, or erase the device.

Did you know Alfred now comes with a Passcode Lock? Please enable Passcode Lock so whatever happens to your device, the footage that has been recorded will be safe and sound.
