Alfred’s Motion Detection algorithm decides if there has been “movement” by comparing one frame with the next.

Chances are:

  1. The motion was too subtle to activate Motion Detection.
  2. The connection was not very stable and failed to upload the video.
  3. The Camera Phone is running out of internal storage space.
  4. The device overheats and stops the Motion Detection mechanism from working normally.
