Hi, any idea why I am unable to connect to my camera from any viewing device.
I have tried both the app on a Samsung Tablet on WiFi, and Chrome Browser running on Windows 10 using a hardwired connection at 2 different locations. The preview is fine, but I either get error 7001 or a black screen on attempting to view? This was working fine yesterday.
It would be really helpful if you’d provide the following information so our engineer colleagues can identify and solve your problem sooner.
