If not connected to WiFi, running on an actual cellular signal, can the app/phone be set to a strict MOTION/AUDIO ONLY RECORDING so that it doesn’t consume data??

Features & Questions: Does it have the ability to only kick on for motion only?

Does it always consume data when no motion?

Can the cam quality be adjusted?

Can the storage location be adjusted?

As for the cam quality, it depends on a variety of factors, including device model, light, and connection speed. Experimenting with the connection as well as setup could yield a more satisfying result.
