The most likely reasons are

  1. the Camera is offline because the reception is poor.

  2. the Power key or the Home key is pressed.

Your Camera should have no problem staying online when it is fed with strong and steady internet connection. Please give it a try!

The camera saying one more step and both phones and gmails are connected and I jus upgraded

Hey,

Alfred requires at least TWO devices, one set as Camera and the other Viewer. For the moment, all of your devices are set as Viewer. That’s why Alfred doesn’t work.

Please follow the instructions here to switch one of them to Camera, and you will be able to start watching live feed straightaway!
