@a.appelbaum33 you could hire your own security guard for that. Have you tried emailing all the individuals who are linked to Alfred ?
Also try hitting up the team members on their Facebook page.
But they will probably tell you it’s an issue you have to take up with playstore or wherever you purchased your subscription from.
