Can't upgrade

I click on Upgrade to go ad-free but get an empty app window. Tried many times over several weeks.
iOS 10.2.1
What’s the problem?

Which device has the problem? Viewer

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing upgrade issues. The engineers are looking into it.

In the meantime, could you try two things for me?

First of all, log out from your Viewer Phone. Tap on the three dots, choose Account, and you’ll be asked to confirm if you want to log out.

If that doesn’t change anything, could you log in to Alfred’s WebViewer and see if the Upgrade button there works for you?

Please keep me posted! We’ve never had this happen to iOS devices, so we’d really appreciate it if you could give this a go and let us know!

I am having the same problem but on adroid when I click the upgrade button it take to the page but where there is a select month or yearly I have no option but works ok on iso. . Only problem is I have $$ on my google play store account.

no options to upgrade

Could you please reinstall Alfred, restart the phone and see if the issue persists?
