Canceling subscription today


Now both of my cameras stop recording for 8 hours each evening. This seems to have started close to last update but can’t be sure. I haven’t received any help for my original question. Seems like once you purchase a subscription customer service disappears. For the first few days I thought this app was fantastic. Now it’s worthless to me.

We take a look at the logs. Your Camera seems to have some battery issue at night recently, but that should not stop motion events recording. We are still looking into the problem, Please try enable Guided Access after you set up your Camera Phone to see whether the situation persists.
