Alfred is not recording

So I am assuming that support has no idea how to fix my problem.

Again,the app use to give me notifications when motion was detected, now it doesn’t and it marginally let’s me know anything. I can sit and watch someone walk up to my door from my window and it doesn’t show up on Alfred or there’s a long lag time of more than half a day.

The other day someone at night walked by my car trigging motion sensor light but on Alfred the image flickered a second and never actually recorded or alerted me.

I happened to glance at my Android in time to catch it.

Sounds like a bug?

Would appreciate adequate feed back.

It would be really helpful if you’d provide the following information so our engineer colleagues can identify and solve your problem sooner.

We notice that you have subscribed to Alfred Premium recently. Please try entering Live, double tap the screen to Zoom the place you would like to monitor and see whether it helps. Also, you can enable Auto-Light filter to help the motion detection work at night. Please check out more information here:
