Can you try to dismiss Alfred and relaunch the app on your Viewer Phone?

Alternatively, tap on the three dots on the upper right corner in the app, tap on Account, and log in again.

Please let me know if it works!

In this case, you might really need someone to check on your Camera device for you. Sorry for the inconvenience! We can’t seem to identify the issue at this point. The device might have crashed.

We took another look at the logs and the Camera seems to be working normally. Could you check your settings and make sure they are properly enabled?
