It would be really helpful if you’d provide the following information so our engineer colleagues can identify and solve your problem sooner.

Which device has the problem? Viewer or Camera both
Device Model Name: iphone 5s and samsung s7
OS Version: latest
AppVersion: latest

Monthly customer here. Last few days account is working only as free. Last bill appears to be charged normal on my end. Have logged out and back in with no luck. First problem in over a year, so no complaints here, love the product. Thanks for help. Can upload screenshot of recent charges paid if needed.

We take a look at the logs and it seems your Premium membership has expired. Could you try the tutorial below to see whether it helps:

Chances are there was a problem with the payment procedure, so your Premium subscription was canceled automatically by the system.

If you were charged but the subscription was gone, please forward a copy of the receipt you received from Google Play Store/App Store/ PayPal so we can take a look and fix this for you ASAP.
