Is there any way to fix this error remotely?

It would be really helpful if you’d provide the following information so our engineer colleagues can identify and solve your problem sooner.

Which device has the problem? Viewer or Camera
Device Model Name: ipad mini
OS Version: 9.35 (latest for ipad mini)
AppVersion: I have downloaded 2 days ago, i havent checked the version, I believe latest for ipd mini

Hi @volkanxuysal ,

Thank you for reaching out to Alfred!

You see your camera offline 7007 when your Camera has been powered down, disconnected, logged out, or simply crashed. We are sorry for what you’ve experienced but you are not able to wake it up remotely with the iOS device. Please run a quick Camera Health Check to see if the power supply/connection can be improved:

Also, please avoid pressing the home button or power key after you set up Camera. Instead, you can tap the Lock icon on the bottom right corner. What’s more, next time please try Guided Access to keep your Camera from deterring by other application. You can see how here:

Hope it helps!
